1Accepting these terms

By downloading or using PiggyBinder ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. If you use the app on behalf of a family member, you confirm you're allowed to do so.

2What PiggyBinder is

PiggyBinder is a motivation and tracking tool. You create savings challenges, log the amounts you put aside, and enjoy rewards like Piggy's levels, coins and badges. The app does not hold, move or invest your money and doesn't connect to your bank. The amounts you see are the ones you enter.

3Not financial advice

Dates, plans, "on track" messages and other suggestions are simple calculations based on what you enter. They are not financial, tax, investment or legal advice. Make your own decisions about your money.

4Using the app

• Use the app lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Don't copy, reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the app or its artwork, including Piggy.
• You're responsible for your device and for keeping your backups (for example in iCloud) up to date.

5Premium & payments

Some features may require a paid subscription ("Premium"). If offered, purchases are made through your Apple ID and managed by Apple, including billing, renewals, refunds and cancellation. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Prices and features may change; we'll show you the current price before you buy.

6Your content & ours

The challenges and notes you enter belong to you, and they stay on your device (see our Privacy Policy). The app, its design, the Piggy character, artwork, animations and code belong to PiggyBinder and its licensors, and we give you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the app.

7No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it reliable but can't promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions, or that data will never be lost. Please keep backups of anything important.

8Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PiggyBinder isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, or financial decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

9Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the app is discontinued.

10Law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of [your country / state]. We may update them from time to time; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept the update.
